Good morning all!

Friday again and perhaps there will be a little time in your day to reflect on your week – what has gone well, what surprised you, what challenged you. Maybe there have been some successes and some failures and wonderful moments of joy.

Sometimes happiness is found in simple things – a quiet cup of coffee to start the day;  a conversation with your dog as breakfast is prepared;  a catch up with a friend at your favourite cafe.  These moments, however brief, are worth savouring. They centre us and remind us of what is most important.

As you reflect on your week, I thought I’d share a couple of quotes that I really like. The first is Michael Jordan’s view on failure and success.  The second quote from Margaret Mead, reminds us of the uniqueness of each individual person – something worth remembering and celebrating.

Have a great weekend everyone.

Carole

I’ve missed more than 9000 shots in my career. I’ve lost almost 300 games. 26 times I’ve been trusted to take the game winning shot and missed. I’ve failed over and over and over again in my life. And that is why I succeed.

Always remember that you are absolutely unique. Just like everyone else.
