Executive Coaching

ICS provides coaching services for executives, leaders, managers and those aspiring to more senior roles. These services are:

provided by highly experienced and professionally-qualified coaches
designed to enhance performance, job satisfaction and confidence
tailored to individual and organisational needs
underpinned by a strong relationship with coaches to clarify goals, set agreed actions and accountabilities, build in milestones and celebrate achievements

Coaching packages

Coaching packages are designed to deliver lasting change, improvement and results.

A package of 6 sessions provided over a period of 4-6 months is usually recommended. Smaller packages are also available.

Topics that are commonly explored through coaching are:

strategy development and implementation
leadership and management skills
team development
relationship development and interpersonal effectiveness

A range of 360 and other assessment instruments including HBDI® and Majors PTI™can be included in the package.

Group and team coaching

High performing, flexible teams are of enormous value to organisations and the individuals who make them up, leading to excellent results attuned to business needs and a deep sense of satisfaction. Group coaching can be a perfect support to teams seeking to perform at their best and who are committed to collaborating with each other to set and achieve goals and targets.

The coach can play an important role in facilitating group goals and agreements, coaching in the moment, managing individual/group process and monitoring progress.

Working with teams of up to 12, we recommend the coach meets regularly with the team for an agreed period of time to facilitate agreed outcomes. This can be undertaken in person, via technology or a combination of both.
