The coach can play an important role in facilitating group goals and agreements, coaching in the moment, managing individual/group process and monitoring progress.
Working with teams of up to 12, we recommend the coach meets regularly with the team for an agreed period of time to facilitate agreed outcomes. This can be undertaken in person, via technology or a combination of both.
