Career Essentials Workshops

These workshops are designed for those in early to mid-career stages who want to learn essential career management skills, enhance their current career and prepare for future job shifts.

The workshop is provided as an in-house 1/2 day, 1 day or 2 day program and includes values awareness, a skills audit, labour market awareness, how to use social media in job search, resume review, and career and action planning.

Up to 20 participants are accepted into each workshop. Workbooks and materials are included and all participants receive an individual coaching session with a qualified career coach together with a copy of “The Essential Career Guide” e-book.
